“A big thank you to Johnny, Kay and the team for taking such good care of our 15 year old cat, Sparky. Despite her advanced age she can still put up a good fight when it comes to her regular blood test appointments (vital to check her Thyroid and Kidney function). Hence, on some occasions blood was drawn not only from Sparky but also from everybody in her vicinity( aka Johnny and Kay)! Yet regardless of such ungrateful behaviour Kay and Johnny have not given up on our naughty little cat and banned her from their clinic but handled her always with great kindness and professionalism.”

“Puppies had been booked in for their vacation. Unfortunately they were sick in the travel crate. I informed the lovely receptionist, that looked after the pups while I cleaned the travel crate. She was welcoming and accommodating. As for the Vet, I felt that he was very professional and not trying to up sell. I’ve booked my pup in for their 2nd vaccine. The Vet is a bit of a trek, but the experience was lovely. I would recommend this place for the vaccine.”

“We have 5 dogs and count ourselves extremely fortunate to have the support, knowledge and professionalism of the Kensington Veterinary Care team as our local practice. They handled our animal health certificates for our trip to France with ease and Dr Clare was extremely helpful when one of our dogs suffered from a phantom pregnancy.”

“We have been taking our little rescued street dog Cali for the last 2 years to Johnny and his team. We can’t thank them enough for how well they treated her from day one, and for how much they have helped us with all her needed treatments and support. You should only go to these guys!!”

“So far, very happy with my experience. Sorted out my dog’s travel paperwork in a 30 mins apt (some practices request a two week notice period and all this faff). Secondly, this practice is helpful and don’t create unnecessary admin. I needed some more monthly flea & tick product which my dog had been on for the past 9 years as we had run out. As we were already registered, it was so problem buying over the counter. I had initially tried to purchase at Medivet Chepstow Rd (as more local) & although registered, they couldn’t sell me the product over the counter and wanted me to book an apt the following week. The reception staff are also really sweet and gave my dog some treats to make her feel welcome.”
