Your first appointment as a new client

At our practice, we onboard new clients for a variety of reasons. Whether you are looking for a new long-term vet for regular check-ups and ongoing treatment, a vet for emergency situations, or an Official Veterinarian for your upcoming travel plans. 

To arrange your first appointment at our vet in Kensington, you can call our practice or book online using Petsapp, which is preferable for us to store your information in our records.

As a special welcome in the new client onboarding process, we have some offers available for new clients including:

When you arrive for your first appointment with us, you will be greeted warmly by a member of our team, and then shown into an examination room for your first vet consultation. We will start by getting to know you and your pet, gaining an insight into their medical history, current condition and also the reason for your visit.

Registering your pet with us

Registering as a new client is a quick and easy process. You can make an appointment by contacting our practice directly or via the Petsapp.  

If you become a long-term client with our vet practice in Kensington, we will closely follow the lifespan of your pet, making sure they live a happy and healthy life with you. For all new and existing clients, we will act as the central point of contact for your pet’s health, much like a GP would. We can manage all their current and future treatment and medication and hold all medical records, so you can rest assured that everything is stored safely with our experienced clinicians.
