“A big thank you to Johnny, Kay and the team for taking such good care of our 15 year old cat, Sparky. Despite her advanced age she can still put up a good fight when it comes to her regular blood test appointments (vital to check her Thyroid and Kidney function). Hence, on some occasions blood was drawn not only from Sparky but also from everybody in her vicinity( aka Johnny and Kay)! Yet regardless of such ungrateful behaviour Kay and Johnny have not given up on our naughty little cat and banned her from their clinic but handled her always with great kindness and professionalism.”

“Puppies had been booked in for their vacation. Unfortunately they were sick in the travel crate. I informed the lovely receptionist, that looked after the pups while I cleaned the travel crate. She was welcoming and accommodating. As for the Vet, I felt that he was very professional and not trying to up sell. I’ve booked my pup in for their 2nd vaccine. The Vet is a bit of a trek, but the experience was lovely. I would recommend this place for the vaccine.”

They handled our animal health certificates for our trip to France with ease and Dr Clare was extremely helpful when one of our dogs suffered from a phantom pregnancy.”
